At Robyn Elaine Gallery, customer satisfaction is important to us.

• Original artwork: All sales are final. Original artwork cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item.

• Prints & merchandise: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

• Damaged items: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will work with you to provide a replacement, refund, or gallery credit when appropriate.

• Custom commissions: Deposits and payments for commissioned artwork are non-refundable once work has begun.

• Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
