Michigan sales tax will be collected where required by law.

5. Orders

6. Payment

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

8. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated:

Original artwork is generally non-refundable.
Commissioned artwork is non-refundable after work has begun.
Damaged shipments must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

9. Commissioned Artwork

Commission work requires written approval before production begins.

A non-refundable deposit may be required.

Minor revisions may be included as specified in your agreement. Significant revisions may result in additional charges.

Once final approval is given, no additional changes may be made.

10. Workshops and Events

Workshop registrations are non-transferable unless approved by Robyn Elaine Gallery.

If Robyn Elaine Gallery cancels an event, participants may receive either:

A full refund; or
A credit toward a future event.

Participants assume responsibility for their own safety while attending events.

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork, photographs, graphics, logos, website content, text, videos, and designs are the exclusive property of Robyn Elaine Gallery unless otherwise noted.

No artwork may be:

Copied
Reproduced
Printed
Distributed
Sold
Modified
Used commercially

without prior written permission.

Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

12. Limited License

Customers purchasing artwork receive ownership of the physical piece only unless otherwise stated.

Commercial reproduction requires written licensing.

13. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any laws
Upload malicious software
Interfere with website operations
Attempt unauthorized access
Infringe intellectual property rights

14. Disclaimer

Artwork colors may vary due to monitor settings, lighting, photography, and printing processes.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent products but cannot guarantee exact color reproduction.
